A Verification of Competency (VOC) is an assessment method which may ensure a person can competently and safely operate a piece of equipment for which they hold the certificate or other competency.
With the new harmonisation laws it is no longer acceptable to assume that an employee is trained sufficiently.
Participants will receive a VOC ticket on completion with the make and model of the machine that they were assessed on.
It is usually best that an employee does the VOC on the specific machine they will be operating, ENV can go to the workplace/worksite to do the assessments.
